Willow Valley Communities is hiring a Dishwasher Lead to maintain kitchen work areas and keep equipment in clean and sanitary conditions. The Dishwasher Lead will also wash pots and pans in a three compartment sink and will wash dishes, glassware, and silverware in a commercial dish machine.

Wage:

• From $15.50/hr + based on experience

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for scraping, scrubbing, and washing all dishes, pots & pans and other kitchen equipment sent to the dish room.
• Ensures all pots, pans and dish ware are clean and stored in the proper location.
• Maintains the dish machine in a sanitary condition on the inside and outside.
• Empties garbage cans, recycling bins and cardboard bins, keeps containers clean.
• Records dish machine temperatures and reports temperature that do not meet standards.
• Maintains floors in dish room and walk in refrigerators by sweeping and mopping.
• Trains new dishwashers and instructs them in essential duties and responsibilities of the job.
• Responsible for maintaining a well-organized, safe and sanitary work area.
• May transfer supplies between storage and work areas.
• Responsible for insuring all cleaning jobs are completed.
• Responsible for insuring all temperature and sanitation logs are filled out.
• Responsible for the efficient flow of the dish room.

Qualifications:

• 3-6 months related experience and/or training
  

Hours:

• 40 hrs/week

Schedule:

• 11:00am-8:00pm
• Every other weekend
• Every other holiday
